In the oil patch there are two statements about all products: (1) it has to be Oilfield Tough and (2) it has to be delivered in Oilfield Time! We understand that our products will be subjected to the most extreme environments of heat, pressure, and chemicals in the oilfield applications. That is why all products developed at Advanced Urethane Products, Inc. have in their core design to be Oilfield Tough. Oilfield Time is the understanding you need a product now and we strive to work with our customers to meet their deadlines no matter what obstacles have to be overcome.

We mold an array of cast urethanes for wear products in the oilfield such as mud pump pistons, end cap protectors, stabbing guides, and rig protectors. In addition we manufacture load bearing components for use as centralizers, riser pipe clamps, bend restrictors, and cement plugs.

An aspect that is unique to Advanced Urethane is the use of reinforced hybrid urethane resins in part manufacturing. We have utilized the hybrid urethane systems with reinforcements such as fiberglass, Kevlar®, and carbon fiber for applications where typical urethane systems are not suited for use in extreme oilfield applications.
